Definitions & Interpretation

• “Company” / “we” / “us” / “our” means Ishanved Foods Private Limited.
• “Customer” / “you” / “your” means a B2B client (e.g. retailer, distributor, business) contracting with us for supply, innovation, delivery, etc.
• “Order” means a purchase request placed by Customer for goods (food, beverages, ingredients, innovations, prototypes, etc.).
• “Products / Goods / Items” means the food & beverage / ingredient / product variants we supply.
• “Services” means any non‑product service we provide: delivery, product development, R&D, innovation consultancy, etc.
• “Wallet / Account Credit” means any credit or balance held in the Customer’s account with us.
• “Transaction” means the financial process (payment, refund, etc.).
• “Return” means sending back delivered goods under our return policy.
• “Applicable Law(s)” means all statutes, rules, regulations, guidelines, orders, etc. in India or elsewhere applicable to these terms.
• Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. Words in singular include plural, vice versa.
